An US based Healthcare company along with its Indian companion ‘Hanuserve Soft looking for persuasive business development representatives to promote their EMR / EHR Healthcare system in India. Responsibilities of the business development representative should include the following and may not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Persuading healthcare professionals to register themselves into the system and convincing the management of the institutions like Inpatient Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, Dental Clinics, Laboratories, Radiology and Pharmacies to subscribe their organization into the portal, so that gaining benefits out of it.
Scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals, demoing the application to them, explaining it’s workflows and advantages of using it and persuading professionals to register/subscribe into the portal.
Also, recording their feedback if any, during demo time and passing the feedback over to related department of the company.
To be able to attend company meetings and training programs.
Should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build rapport with potential customers.
Ultimately, as an outstanding Business Development representative, he should be able to continually meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.
Following up on leads generated by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven medical field experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Persuasive and resilient.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Good network among with medical professionals is a plus.
Gained knowledge on EMR/EHR systems is an added advantage.
